THE Wollongong Wolves look to be building a competitive team under coach John Turner in 2007. The latest signing is former under 20 international defender Wayne Heath, who has also had experience in the old NSL with Brisbane Strikers. Heath has spent the last year and a half playing in Romania of all places, but got homesick and will link with the Wolves early in the new year. Heath played under Turner at Bonnyrigg White Eagles and is the 17th player signed by Wollongong for the 2007 NSW Premier League campaign. Today the Wolves are holding an informal lunch at the Orb Bowling Club, giving fans the chance to meet some of the club's new players and staff.
